Chicago Black Gay Men's Caucus Board of Director

Harold was born in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago and grew up in suburban Bolingbrook. He holds an BA in History from University of Michigan and MA in Organizational Leadership from North Park University and currently resides in Lakeview. His career focus is 20+ yrs in healthcare administration.

Jamie D. Frazier (Pronouns: He/Him)

Secretary

Jamie Frazier, Executive Director of Lighthouse Foundation and Lead Pastor of Lighthouse Church of Chicago UCC, loves working at the intersection of race, sexuality, and religion. He attended Vanderbilt University for his undergraduate studies on a full-tuition scholarship. A celebrated orator, Jamie addressed the historic March on Springfield for Marriage Equality, and helped open the 2014 LGBTQ Youth Homelessness Summit with words of encouragement and hope.

Keith R. Green, PhD, MSW (Pronouns: Anything Respectful)

Vice Chairperson

Keith R. Green, PhD, MSW is a native Chicagoan with strong community roots and an extensive history as an organizer, educator, researcher, and advocate. Dr. Green is currently an assistant professor in the School of Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. His current research agenda is focused primarily on understanding the role of community-based organizations (CBOs) in the antiretroviral-based HIV prevention era as well as the rise in methamphetamine use among Black gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men. In addition to his professional and academic achievements, Dr. Green is also an award-winning spoken word artist and was inducted into the Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame by Mayor Raum Emmanuel in 2012.

After two decades working with some of the country’s largest and best-known retailers, Howard Harris-Branch is a seasoned professional who brings incredible benefit and value to his real estate clients. Before earning his broker’s license in 2020, Howard was a store executive managing over 100 employees, a position that taught him the importance of effective team building and forging strong relationships built on helping others achieve success. Always focused on providing the best customer service and great client experiences, Howard is a skilled communicator and a sharp negotiator who advocates tirelessly for his clients – be they buyers or sellers.
